How does a Student Ambassador make sure he/she is being considered for prizes?

Prizes are given out on the basis of how many student referrals one obtained. To make sure this is tracked correctly, make sure referred students input the name of the ambassador into the corresponding question in their application.

Are Student Ambassadors eligible to attend the conference?

Yes, the student ambassador can attend the conference just like other participants.

Eligibility, Criteria & participation related details

20^th International Congress on Nutrition & Health organizing Committee would like to call interested speakers to submit their research for insertion in the Nutrition & Health 2019 scientific program.

One can submit abstract online or via mail at: nutrition@europemeet.com

Abstract will be submitted for –

1. Oral presentation

2. Poster presentation

Guidelines:
Language- All the abstract must be written & presented in English. If the author is not comfortable with English, he/she can bring their own translator.
Correspondence- We would like to request all the presenters to submit the abstract in a particular format.

The topic must fit into the sessions covered by Nutrition & Health 2019.

Kindly provide the following:

• Presenting author’s contact details including full mailing address, office phone number, email address and fax number.

• Name(s) of presenting author and co-authors: first name(s) or initials of first name(s), family name (e.g. Jason Wong or J. Wong).

• Affiliation details of all authors: Department, institution/hospital, city, state (if relevant), country

Abstracts must be submitted on the considering that they have not been presented/published formerly (except in the form of a thesis) and are not currently under consideration by another conference. The submitting speaker should ensure that the abstract publication has been permitted by all other co-authors.

After the submission of abstract it will go through a peer review process & are expected to meet the standards of academic/scientific excellence.

Time Limits for the sessions:

• Keynote Presentation: 40-45 minutes

• Plenary Session: 20-25 minutes

• Workshop: 60-90 minutes

• Special Session: 50-55 minutes

• Poster Presentation: 05-10 minutes

Refund Policy:
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-

• Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund less $100 service Fee.

• Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund.

• Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund.

• E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.
